How to hire HED wheels
Wheels can be hired from HED Hire in 4 easy steps – please find below a summary of the easy steps involved with hiring:
- Browse through the wheels on the HED Hire Home Page.
Specifications and details for each hire wheelset can be found by clicking on each of the wheelset images on the wheelset hire page.
Note: No other wheelset is currently available to hire - all of the hire wheelsets that we offer are included in the list. - Fill out the “Hire Enquiry Form”
Once you have decided on a particular wheelset fill out the “Hire Enquiry Form” that appears on the right of any hire wheelset page. By submitting this form it will be sent straight to us via email. We will then be able to check the wheelset hire availability for your specified dates and let you know via email within 24 hours.
Alternatively you can phone Us on 01142 767 767 to check availability and book/reserve the wheels for your selected hire period.
Note: Payment will be taken at this point. - Download and complete the “Wheel Hire Form”
Once you have submitted this “Hire Enquiry Form” you will have the option to download the “Wheel Hire Form”. Download and print out this form. Once confirmation of availability has come back from us complete all sections of this form. Return this form via post to the address indicated on the form. Once we receive your returned Wheel Hire Form we will confirm your booking via email.
Note: Wheel hire booking can only be confirmed once we have received this fully completed form. No hire wheels can be dispatched without receipt of this completed form. - The wheels will arrive on your specified date at your specified address.
Note: Two way courier shipping is included in all wheel hire pricing.
The wheels will arrive supplied with:
- Tyres already installed
- Inner tubes already installed
- Cassette of your choice already installed
- Skewers
- Return shipping labels
Upon wheel arrival all you will need to do is pump up the tyres to your desired pressure, install the wheels in to your bike and quickly check that the gears are working smoothly.
Returning the wheels to us:
We have already organised the return shipping for you (Two way courier shipping is included in all wheel hire pricing).
When your rental period has finished just pack the wheels back in to the box that they arrived in. Seal the box well and attach the supplied return shipping labels. Take the wheels to your nearest post office and drop them off remembering to get a proof of postage.
The return shipping is a 24 hour service and the wheels need to arrive back to us on the agreed return date.
