We offer free delivery to all UK addresses on orders containing a wheel or wheelset. For orders containing parts and accessories, the delivery charge is £5. Orders for rims are charged at £15.
Orders will be shipped out the same day if an order is placed before 10AM. If there is a problem with this, then we will, of course, contact you via email or phone. Orders placed after 10AM will be sent out on the next working day.
Orders are sent via a 24-48 hour working day service. So, for example, orders received by us before 10AM on Monday to Thursday will arrive with the customer within two working days. Orders received by us before 10AM on a Friday will arrive by the next Tuesday. Orders received after 10AM on Friday will be sent out on Monday to arrive by Wednesday.

European Countries.
We deliver wheels to European countries at a cost of £100. Rims will be sent at a cost of £25, while parts and accessories can be sent for £13.
All the services will take between 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders will be sent out the same working day if placed before 10AM. Orders placed after 10AM will be dispatched on the following working day. Weekend orders and orders placed after 10AM on Fridays will be sent on the following Monday.

We can ship outside of the UK and Europe. If your country falls outside these areas then please contact us for a delivery quote.

Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept credit and debit card payments using the Wix Payments service. This service is 100% secure, ensuring all customers a safe transaction.

PayPal:
Placing orders using PayPal is quick, simple and secure. This option can be selected during the checkout phase of an order, with payments being managed by PayPal with 100% security.
Finance Order Payments
Spread the cost of your purchase using our finance options.
PayPal Credit:
PayPal Credit acts like a credit card and offers credit that sits alongside your regular PayPal account. This credit can be used to pay for orders.
PayPal credit offers an initial 4-month period with 0% interest. If a purchase is paid for during this initial 4-month period then no interest is applied. Any amount of an order that remains on the PayPal credit after the initial 4-month 0% interest period can still be paid off via regular instalments but an interest charge will apply (this charge is currently 21.9% p.a. but the customer should double check their terms before ordering).
A PayPal account will be required to apply for PayPal Credit. If you don't have a PayPal account, one can be set up during the PayPal Credit application process. If you already have a PayPal account PayPal Credit can be applied for seamlessly by signing into your PayPal account. The application process has an easy step-by-step format and once a quick credit check is completed, orders can be paid for instantly with PayPal Credit during the checkout stage of an order.
If you already have the PayPal Credit facility on your PayPal account then the application stage won't be required. Rather, you can just select the PayPal Credit option during the checkout phase of your HED order.
PayPal Pay In 3:
Running alongside PayPal Credit is the PayPal Pay In 3 option. This payment option can be used for order amounts up to £2000 and splits the total into three equal interest free payments across 60-days. The first payment is taken upon order, the second payment is taken 30-days later, and the third and final payment is taken 60-days after the initial order is placed.
Similar to PayPal Credit, Pay In 3 is offered after a brief credit check and a PayPal account will be required. If you don't have a PayPal account one can be set up quickly during the Pay In 3 application phase. In most cases, if you already have a PayPal Credit account then the Pay In 3 option can be selected quickly with no application phase needed.
Once in place, the Pay In 3 option can be selected and utilised during the checkout stage of an order.
Returns.
We are happy to accept unused products back for an exchange or refund at the customer's expense within 14 days of receipt. This offer applies to all stock wheels and parts.
We offer no refund on special order wheels or parts.
When making a return, all wheels and parts must be in a new condition and in any original packaging.
All wheels or parts are returned at the customer's expense. We recommend the customer uses a secure delivery service method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery), which insures for the cost of the items being returned. In the rare event of the parcel going missing, the customer is responsible for the products until they reach us. We will only take responsibility on the receipt of the goods and not while in transport.
If the customer returns wheels or parts for a refund 15 to 30 days after they initially received them, we offer a 100% credit against another HED product but not a refund. Again, we only take responsibility upon receipt of the goods and not while in transport back to us.
After 30 days we do not accept any return of goods.
