Unwanted Goods

 

We are happy to accept unused products back for an exchange or refund at the customer's expense within 14 days of receipt. This offer applies to all stock wheels and parts.

 

We offer no refund on special order wheels or parts.

When making a return, all wheels and parts must be in a new condition and in any original packaging.

​

All wheels or parts are returned at the customer's expense. We recommend the customer uses a secure delivery service method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery), which insures for the cost of the items being returned. In the rare event of the parcel going missing, the customer is responsible for the products until they reach us. We will only take responsibility on the receipt of the goods and not while in transport.

If the customer returns wheels or parts for a refund 15 to 30 days after they initially received them, we offer a 100% credit against another HED product but not a refund. Again, we only take responsibility upon receipt of the goods and not while in transport back to us.

After 30 days we do not accept any return of goods.

Privacy Policy

HED Wheels do not disclose buyer's information to third parties, other than when necessary as part of supplying your order. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you occasional emails with details such as new products and special offers. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via a link which is included in each email. We do not pass your email address to any other companies for marketing purposes.
